  • Download a sample file to get familiar with how your rows must be constructed.
  • After you are ready with your file, upload the file to start the import process.

NOTES

  • When importing huge amount of data and you have created Zapier zaps with create triggers it's highly recommended to temporary disable the zaps from your Zapier account to prevent thousands of zaps triggering because of the created records, this will help you to not waste your remaining tasks in your Zapier account.

  • The CSV file headings (first row) names, must be the same as in the sample file you downloaded.

  • Any workflow triggers, notifications like assigned emails or dashboard notifications are disabled during import.

  • When importing contacts, if contact email already exists Concord CRM will update the contact with the new values passed via the import file.

# Common Issues

# Records are not imported

Try using different software to generate the CSV files. You can try using Google Drive (opens new window) and export it as a CSV file to see if this will solve the problem.

# All rows imported in 1 field

The issue can happen if your .csv file is not properly formatted and you are using poorly designed .csv software to edit the file.

In most cases, this issue will be solved when you just open the file in a proper editor and re-save it with a comma separator.

Additionally, it’s recommended to download the sample file from Concord CRM and open this file to be like guidance for your .csv file construction.
