Can I cancel anytime? Of course, you can cancel your hosted installation anytime you want.
Do I get control panel with my hosted installation? Unfortunately not, for security reasons, we are not able to share a control panel where you will be able to see and manage the Concord CRM files.
If I decide to cancel, what happens with my data? Your data will remain on our servers for 7 days after your billing cycle ends in case you want to resume your installation, after 7 days all your data (excluding S3 files) will be deleted.
Can I get refund if I change my mind? Yes, we offer 7 days refund, no questions asked, refund is only accepted within 7 days since your subscription date, note that this policy applied for the hosted solution, not for your actual Concord CRM license that was purchased from Envato marketplace.
Can I use AWS S3 for storing files? Although you will get 5GB storage space with your hosted installation, if you still want to store the uploaded files on your AWS S3 bucket, you can configure S3 directly via the interface without editing any files.
Do I still need to purchase a license from Envato? Yes, the licenses are sold separately via Envato, our hosted service additionally offers a hosting for your Concord CRM installation.
My support is expired, can I still open ticket? If you have active hosted installation, yes, it's allowed because you may have questions regarding billing and Concord CRM.
What are the payment options that are accepted? For our hosted service, we process all the payments via Paddle.com, they accept cards (including Mastercard, Visa, Maestro, American Express, Discover, Diners Club, JCB, UnionPay, and Mada) PayPal.
Isn't Concord CRM self-hosted solution? Yes it is, our hosted solution is totally optional, after purchasing a license, you can still host it on your own server.
Can I still perform installation on my server? If you decide to use our hosted solution, you should not perform an additional installation on your server as it will breach the license terms, one license is valid for 1 installation only. We do use your purchase key for performing updates on your hosted installation, in this case, when your purchase key is used, you won't be able to perform automatic updates to the installation on your server.
